Staff have the option to take our in-house courses for free, outside of work hours. If wishing to attend a daytime course then there is a possibility to work 4 days (pay pro-rata) . Only available on an applicant by applicant basis and at the discretion of the school.
We are a successful electronic music training centre, with over two decades of experience in providing industry standard training.
You will be joining a forward thinking business that do things a little differently. Expect to self manage and work alone as well as part of a team when required.
We are looking for someone who is confident enough to hit the ground running on day one: they will be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and organised.
Will be working with an experienced digital marketing apprentice (Padawan) who will assist in any tasks you wish to delegate. Also working with a webmaster and developer (on occasion)
You will be provided with, and also will be expected to create, coordinate and promote content, media and events across all online channels.
Mandatory skillset required:
First and foremost you must be passionate about digital marketing
Must have an interest in the music industry.
Educated to degree level (minimum)
Proven achievements in digital marketing Minimum two years’ experience
Proficient Excel user and able to present statistics.
Must be an Apple user and will be supplied with 27” iMac
Excellent time keeping
Ability to multi-task
Extensive social media, SEO and analytics experience:
YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram marketing and experience in driving engagement.
SEO – Google Analytics / Webmaster tools user and DoubleClick analytical skills, both paid and organic search
User of email campaigns (MailChimp)
Excellent writing skills, copy/content creation
Be abel to produce, write and delivery promo videos (2-5 minutes long)
Excellent communication skills, and phone manner
Enjoyer of freshly made strong coffee
Experience in music production software
Optimisation of landing pages and user funnels
Graphic design – Photoshop and Indesign.
Successful candidate expected to:
Oversee and be responsible for the on-going generation of high quality leads to feed sales channel.
Optimise marketing spend, close monitoring, tracking and analysis of online performance across all channels
Inform and support your colleagues, to ensure they understand their obligations towards each marketing channel and activity – involving the delegation of content creation where necessary
Present ideas for outreach opportunities and implement them. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Devise strategies to deliver new customer growth
Video and content production
Multitask across campaigns with a keen attention to detail
