I have a question. When I play a clip in session, the back to arrangement button is highlighted. Why is that when I am only jamming and not recording?
What I have discovered is that you can apply a device to a clip (well track) in session and it will inherit it in the arrangement. This stuff is genius.

Hi Bren,

When you're jamming around in Session view, the back to arrangement button will be on - even if you've not recorded anything yet. This is because if you think about it, you still have an arrangement - an arrangement of nothing! You are deviating away from it by launching Clips in Session view, and hence the back to arrangement button will light up.

Remember the tracks that you have in Session are the exact same track that you have in Arrangement view so any effects you apply in one, will be present in the other, for that very reason.
